Let’s take a moment to CELEBRATE “Hair Love”, the animated short film by Matthew Cherry, which was released by Sony Pictrues, and is now an Oscar nominee. The touching short film shows the love of black hair as a dad styles his daughter’s hair.
Cherry and Karen Toliver of Sony Pictures Animation recently appeared on FOX SOUL’s “On The 7 with Dr. Sean” where the topic was “Hair Love and The Politics of Black Hair.”
